The guarantee is tied to the delivery checklist written for your plan. If we miss an item on it, we make it up at no charge and waive that component's share of your next month (the whole month on a single-product plan), or give an equal-value upgrade. It is not a general satisfaction refund. We do not promise leads, rankings, reviews or revenue. Usage and ad spend are not covered.
